Return&Exchange Policy


At bloom, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a flexible return and exchange policy under the following conditions:


Exchange

  • Products can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to an error from our side.


Return

  • Returns can be requested within 3 days of receiving the order in the following cases:

    • The product received is different from what was ordered.

    • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • All return requests are reviewed within 48 hours, and refunds (if approved) will be processed through the same payment method within 5–10 business days.


Important Notes

  • Used or opened items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

  • Promotional or bundle items can only be exchanged if there’s a defect or wrong shipment.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all returns and exchanges.
