Return&Exchange Policy
At bloom, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a flexible return and exchange policy under the following conditions:
Exchange
Products can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to an error from our side.
Return
Returns can be requested within 3 days of receiving the order in the following cases:
The product received is different from what was ordered.
The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
All return requests are reviewed within 48 hours, and refunds (if approved) will be processed through the same payment method within 5–10 business days.
Important Notes
Used or opened items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Promotional or bundle items can only be exchanged if there’s a defect or wrong shipment.
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all returns and exchanges.
